Liquid Coating

Our liquid coating department can accommodate requirements from economical applications to "Class A" coatings, with finishes from smooth to various degrees of texture. Parts are carefully masked per your exact specifications. We apply polyurethane, water-based, solvent-based and high-solid paints, as well as specialty finishes such as conductive coatings and dry film lubricants. In addition we provide conformance to mil specifications as well as custom colors and finishes.

We use coatings that are specified by the customer or are matched to a color standard such as Federal Standard 595a , 595b or the Pantone Matching System.

Liquid coating is also an excellent technology option for finishing assembled components and products where powder coating may not be suitable.
